Sylvans

The Sylvan territories have never had a strong military force. At this point in Ascendancy history there was was no Sylvan standing armies as were employed by the Human kingdoms. But, when it became clear that the Darshaks could be a serious threat to all the races the Sylvans made what contributions they could.

The primary Sylvan contribution to the defeat of the Darshak was in the form of skilled archers and scouts. Over a quarter of the archers present at Hyrios for The Battle of Tears were Sylvans. Roughly a third of the scouts employed by Mobius were Sylvans. The rosters of Mobius' forces at the battle of Aethry Crossing include 17 names of Sylvan form.

Sylvan infantry units and cavalry were being formed towards the end of the war.

The People

The People were geographically isolated from the Human kingdoms and didn't participate in the defeat of the Darshak.

Thoom

The Thooms have never been greatly known for militant behavior. The Thooms were the first non-human race to realize and warn of the Darshak threat.

The primary Thoomish contribution during the Darshak war was in the form of medical services, communications and naval transport. There is also some evidence to indicate that Thoomish mystics were among Mobius' forces as well and saw action against the Darshak priesthood.
